Glamm Beauty is a dedicated women-only platform. All our beauty professionals are female and services are provided to female customers only. This is a core commitment to our customers' comfort and safety.

You must be at least 18 years of age (or have a parent/guardian present) to book services. By booking, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

• All bookings are subject to availability of professionals in your area.
• We serve customers within our operational area of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
• You must provide a valid service address and be present at the scheduled time.
• Please provide a safe, clean, and appropriate space for the service.

• Prices displayed include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Discounts do not stack — the higher of the applicable service discount or membership discount is applied.
• Membership benefits are subject to the terms of your specific membership plan.
• Package and Super Saver offers are subject to their specific terms.

Payments may be made online at checkout or in cash upon service completion, depending on the option available at booking. You are responsible for paying all amounts due for the services you book.

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

For the safety of our professionals, we have zero tolerance for harassment, inappropriate behaviour, or unsafe environments. We reserve the right to cancel a service and refuse future bookings if such conduct is reported.

Beauty services can produce results that vary based on individual skin type, hair type, and other personal factors. If you have any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions, please inform your professional before the service begins.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Glamm Beauty's liability for any claim arising from a service is limited to the amount paid by you for that specific service.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
